This is a less expensive Raidmax case. The model 228 more white than beige, as can be seen by comparison to the beige speaker, sports a "chromed" lower face plate. Ducted cooling and a good sized power supply make this a fairly decent case. While not as fancy as the Raidmax Scorpio, it does present an acceptable break from the "beige box". This computer and the computer pictured below were assembled with various used and scrounged components to provide inexpensive computing power for a pair of little girls, who are more than satisfied with them. They also represent the last 32 bit systems with ATA drives we assembled.
